Q. Your prices are very
competitive compared to other online retailers, how can you offer these
products so cheaply?
A. We buy our stock in bulk
and are therefore able to pass on the huge savings we make to our
customers.
Q. Are my credit/debit card
details safe and secure when I shop with Bathrooms Online?
A. We use PayPal to accept
payments on our website and they use military grade 128bit cipher
strength encryption technology to make sure your card details are
always safe and secure and never revealed to anyone; not even
ourselves!
Q. Do I need a PayPal
account to be able to pay for my goods?
A. Absolutely not! You can pay
for your goods without the need to have a PayPal account of your own.
Q. But I would like a
PayPal account as PayPal is so popular?
A. If you do want a PayPal
account, then you can choose to create one for yourself as part of
our checkout process by simply creating a username and password when
you fill in your other details. It is completely optional though.
Q. How much do I pay for
shipping charges?
A. All orders over £100
include FREE shipping! Orders under £100 have just a £7.50 shipping
fee.
Q. I have just paid for my
goods, so when can I expect to receive them?
A. Items ordered from our
website will arrive in just 3 - 5 days. Some items come direct from
the manufacturer and can take a little longer. However, you will
receive an email following your order and always be kept up to date
and informed of the shipping time.
Q. I can't find a product I
am looking for, do you have more items in stock that are not on the
website?
A. Yes, although we have a
good selection on offer on our website, we do have many more items
that are not currently on the website; although we are continually
adding new products to our websites product range so keep checking
back.
Q. Can you order me in a
product that I want that is not on the website?
A. We will be more than happy
to help you find your bathroom product should you fail to find it on
our site. Please use our contact page to contact us with your
enquiry.
Q. Do you offer any after
sales service?
A. Yes of course! We believe
that the experience of shopping with us shouldn't end when you have
received your goods. We offer all our customers after sales support
should they need it.
