OK, so you've found our website and you're
either new to computers or need help buying our products for some
other reason. Maybe you have never shopped online before. If this is the case, please review
our basic site
overview information below which should guide you through the simple
process of buying products from our website.
First of all, ask yourself what you are looking
for and then use the clickable links to find your product range.
For example, if you are looking to buy a new bath,
you can either click on the 'Baths' quick link on the right of our
pages or click on the products button at the top of all our pages.
EXAMPLE
Once you have clicked on the bath link, you may be
presented with a choice of manufacturer. Simply click on one of
these links to view that manufacturers bath product range.
EXAMPLE
If at any time you want to go back a page simply
click the back button in your web browser. Or if you want to take a
look at something else, then use one of the other links provided.
OK, let's say that you have now looked at some
baths and have found one that you like and want to buy. On our site
you have a virtual shopping basket which is the same as using a
shopping basket in any 'real-world' store. To buy the bath that you
like, click on the 'Add To Basket' button for the bath.

This will then add the bath you chose to your
shopping basket. Your shopping basket will be displayed
automatically for you when you add any product to it.
Now there are two things that you can do, you can
either pay for your bath straight away by clicking the Pay Now link,

or you can choose to continue shopping with us by
clicking on the link provided.
EXAMPLE
At anytime, you can can check the contents of your
shopping basket by clicking on the 'View Your Basket' button that
appears above this main white page area, opposite the page title on
ALL our pages.
EXAMPLE
Whatever you decide to do, your goods will remain
safely stored in your basket (even if you turn off your computer)
until you have paid for them. If you change your mind and don't want
to buy it anymore or want to buy more than one of the same product,
then you can click on the + and - links next to each product inside
your shopping basket to increase or decrease the quantity of the
selected product by a factor of 1.
EXAMPLE
Once you have finished shopping with
us and are happy with the goods in your shopping basket, simply
click the pay now link provided. This will take you to PayPal's
secure site where you can put in your name and address details, and
then pay for your goods using your credit/debit card.
All you need to do after that, is to
wait for your goods to arrive on your doorstep! |
